Private Pay Daily Rates
Daily Attendance Rate: $75 Per Day (7am-5:30pm) Up to 10 hours per day

Other Funding Options
Medicaid Long Term Managed Care Program (LTMC)
Medicaid's Long Term Managed Care Program covers Adult Day Care Services for eligible individuals. We currently have contracts with:
- Simply HealthCare LTMC
- Sunshine Health LTMC
- Little Havana LTMC
- Humana LTMC
ADI Program (Alzheimer's Disease Initiative)
Through the ADRC & Area on Aging. Must have an Alzheimer's diagnosis. Limited availability.
VA Community Care Network (VA CCN)
We are a contracted provider with the VA Community Care Network. Veterans must be enrolled in VA healthcare and referred by their VA Medical Center.
VetAssist Program (VA Aid & Attendance Benefit)
VetAssist helps wartime Veterans or surviving spouses access the VA's Aid & Attendance pension benefit for Adult Day Care services.
Long Term Care Insurance
We accept Long Term Care Insurance Policies which pay for Adult Day Care Services (separate from Health insurance policies).
Transportation Options
Many of our participants use Broward County Tops Transportation. Tops is a Para-Transit Van company for the disabled. Once approved, your loved one will be able to use Tops vans for door to door service for $3.50 each way.
For those on the Medicaid Long Term Care Program, free transportation is included.
