A fun, loving and safe day for our seniors with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, Stroke and the the frail.
Today we celebrated Memorial Day here at SarahCare with lots of love, laughter, and red, white & blue spirit!
We kicked off the day with a fun patriotic photo shoot, followed by a classic BBQ feast—hotdogs, potato salad, and plenty of juicy, fresh-cut watermelon to keep us cool and smiling!
Our members are definitely ready to enjoy the long weekend, but we also took a moment to reflect and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Today we brought the fiesta spirit to life with our Cinco de Mayo Arts & Crafts!
Our amazing participants had a blast creating their own colorful sombreros — full of fun, laughter, and lots of glue and glitter!
At SarahCare, every day is a celebration of culture, creativity, and community.

We’ve been busy bringing a little Spring magic to life at SarahCare! 🌸 Our amazing participants created these giant Spring Flowers using colorful plates, glue, and lots of creativity!

Today was full of energy and laughter at SarahCare! Between our awesome Taravella HOSA volunteers and all the amazing kiddos here for Take Your Child to Work Day, we had a packed house!
They jumped right in to help with Pool Noodle Balloon Volleyball — and let’s just say… CRAZINESS ENSUED!
There was cheering, giggling, and some pretty intense volleys. Our seniors LOVED every second of it!

Today was all about color, creativity, and community! Our lovely seniors had a blast decorating Easter eggs with the amazing help of our Taravella High School HOSA Volunteers!
We’re so grateful for the energy and kindness these students brought into our center today. It’s moments like these that bring generations together and fill our hearts with joy!
